Our team serves as the frontline ambassadors of Instabee, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and empathy to address any query for our customers. Whether it's tracking a parcel, resolving delivery issues, or providing assistance with orders, our representatives are always ready to help our customers in a chat. And the department does not stop here, we go beyond traditional support! In addition to addressing customer inquiries, our team also plays a crucial role in Traffic Control and Merchant Support.

Traffic Control
Traffic Control is essential for optimising delivery routes and ensuring timely arrivals. Our Customer Service team actively monitors and manages delivery schedules, collaborates with drivers to address any unforeseen challenges.

Merchant Support
We understand that our merchants are integral partners in delivering exceptional service. That's why our Customer Service team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our merchant partners. From onboarding assistance to resolving any operational issues, we work closely with merchants to ensure that their experience with Instabee is as pleasant as possible. We help our Merchants through our chat and mail in Salesforce and on the phone as well.
