As part of the team, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping them with everything from tracking parcels to solving delivery issues - all with empathy, speed, and a problem-solving mindset. 

But the role goes beyond traditional support. You’ll also be involved in Traffic Control, where you help keep deliveries running on time by coordinating with drivers and handling real-time challenges. At the same time, you’ll support our merchant partners - guiding them through onboarding, solving operational questions, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with us across chat, email, and phone.
