Merchant Support
We understand that our merchants are integral partners in delivering exceptional service. That's why our Customer Service team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our merchant partners. From onboarding assistance to resolving any operational issues, we work closely with merchants to ensure that their experience with Instabee is as pleasant as possible. We help our Merchants through our chat and mail in Salesforce and on the phone as well.
