We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. About the role
As an Implementation Specialist at Instabee you will be responsible for the merchant experience while they implement our products and solutions, ensuring high quality and efficient integrations.
Responsibilities
Be the know-it-all both internally and externally regarding our products and integrations
Be part of product development and creating solution design
Present integration plans to C-level executives
Provide pre-sales support to your colleagues at the Business development team
Assist and lead merchants with their technical integration
Transform technical documentation and translate it into a language for a non-technical person
About you
In order to be successful in this role you will have to be an amazing project manager but also have the capability to understand the technical landscape of e-commerce and logistics. You will be the go-to person for any tech or product-related question from merchants or third-party systems. As you will be the bridge between Commercial and Tech it’s important that you, except for having a technical understanding, also have a commercial understanding that you are able to communicate with the help of your social skills. Preferably you have an engineering degree or similar with a couple of years of experience in working with technical projects or integrations. Experience from E-commerce is beneficial.

The team currently consists of six people with various backgrounds ranging from Commercial/ Sales, Payments and the E-commerce world, i.e a solid mix of happy people that enjoy going to the office! We’re a group/ global function part of the Commercial department reporting directly to the CCO that operates in all markets on a global level → And we’d love to have you onboard!
