In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands - Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with our people, the merchants and our consumers at the heart of everything we do.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. About The Role

As Senior Product Manager for Terminal Operations & Performance you will be responsible for all aspects of terminal solutions, terminal flows and processes ensuring high quality and efficient operations in 30+ terminals across 6 countries. You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction together with your team for our product solutions. You’ll prioritise and secure both quality and operational excellence in our terminals ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions that enable growth. The area covers sorting, loading and unloading, vehicle management, scheduling, workforce management, training & development

Your Tasks Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Setting the vision and strategic direction for the terminal operation product domain

• Leading the work of defining and implementing the Instabee way of working across terminals

• Lead the work of prioritising and securing roadmap deliveries meets company quality and efficiency goals

• In collaboration with regional & terminal management secure operational flows and process are adopted and used

• Creating the conditions for our employees to develop, succeed and create results
