In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. About the role

We’re seeking an Operations Analyst for our Last-mile Routing Team—someone with a strong business sense who is passionate about using data to drive impactful decisions. This role is ideal for a candidate who’s eager to learn, challenges the status quo, and demonstrates persistence in achieving results. In this role, you’ll craft actionable insights that extend beyond reporting, helping teams tackle on-the-ground challenges, improve workflows, and optimise operations. A strong on-site presence is essential, as this role requires working closely with the team and operations both in the office (and sometimes in the field).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Understanding: Quickly develop a deep understanding of our last-mile logistics processes, data structure, and key stakeholders.

• Data Preparation: Gather the necessary data for analysis, request additional inputs from BI/Tech teams, and build new SQL tables when needed.

• Workbook & Tool Development: Design and propose workbooks and tools focused on workflow optimisation, data visualisation, and actionable insights.

• Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse data to recommend process improvements, increase efficiency, and support product development efforts.

• Route Simulation: Simulate and evaluate routes to optimise performance and operational effectiveness

About you

• Curious & Persistent: Challenges conventional approaches, asks probing questions, and pushes for innovative solutions.

• SQL Proficiency: Experienced in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Visualisation Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

This roles requires that you can communicate unhindered in Swedish and English.
