What You’ll Do

📈 Grow the Business – Own the strategy and make sure we keep expanding our e-commerce sales and Budbee Box network.

🤝 Build Real Partnerships – Work with online stores and retail partners to make Instabee their first choice for deliveries.

👥 Lead the Team – Hire, train, and develop a team that’s focused on results and pushing the business forward.

💼 Negotiate & Close Deals – Lead key negotiations and make sure we bring in new business while growing existing relationships.

📊 Use Data to Win – Track performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to keep us on top.
