About the role
Exciting opportunities await as we are seeking a Customer Service Scheduling Analyst to join our team at Instabee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the department’s schedule, ensuring efficient staffing to meet our goals. You will analyze data to evaluate performance trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions that enhance our scheduling process.
Key responsibilities
The main responsibility for this role is to manage the department's schedule, evaluate data and provide valuable analytical insights to support the team, in a dynamic environment.
Develop and manage the schedule for the Customer Service team to meet operational needs.
Analyze historical data and real-time information to optimize staffing levels.
Monitor and assess key metrics to forecast demand and adjust schedules accordingly.
Collaborate with Customer Service Manager and Team Managers to ensure staffing aligns with service levels and business priorities.
Continuously improve scheduling processes by implementing data-driven strategies.
Ensure flexibility in scheduling to account for unexpected changes or peak periods.
About you
We're searching for an enthusiastic, curious mind who's not afraid to take on unsolved challenges and abstract concepts. Your toolbox should include:
A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Adaptability and resilience in an environment where priorities can shift.
Familiarity in tools such as Quinyx/Planday or a big eagerness to learn.
