In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.
We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
About the role
This is a new role within the company giving you a great opportunity to build and develop new ways of working in the area of people analytics and organisational effectiveness- in a data driven and innovative environment.
You will work closely with People Partners (HR BP), senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to better leverage people data and analytics across a number of dimensions in the organisation. Ranging from talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, coaching and training initiatives, to analytics and research.
In collaboration with leadership, the role will also define the most impactful work to prioritise and manage within the People & Culture domain, all in service of driving business value and continuing to support a culture of data-informed decision-making within the field of people and organisational effectiveness.
The Team
You will be a part of the People & Culture function at Instabee having a close collaboration with the People & Culture team as well as cross collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, i.e. Tech/Data Analytics team, Finance and the Senior Management. You will be reporting to the CPCO and have a dotted line into our Analytics department.
Your Key Responsibilities
Identify, build and implement a new way of working for People Analytics and Organisational Effectiveness within Instabee, which includes things such as;
Define the roadmap for HR data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Leverage technological tools to develop reports, dashboards and data visualisations to present complex HR data in a clear and visually compelling manner to support decision-making.
Integration with Other Systems: Work with IT teams to integrate HR systems with other business systems to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.
Develop predictive analytics models to support proactive decision-making (e.g. turnover risk, hiring).
Build strong relationships with leaders, ensuring the team are trusted advisors for the use of people data to influence strategic decisions.
Utilise expertise and knowledge of the HR industry and people analytics trends to identify opportunities to address practical business challenges.
Be a constant learner, active listener, and teacher to people analytics and data-informed decision-making. Strengthen the understanding for people data and analytics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate data integrity and utility throughout the value chain and influence change where relevant.
Partner with key stakeholders across functions to gather input, build consensus, and ensure smooth implementation of org design and effectiveness changes.
Leverage data and analytics to diagnose organisational challenges and measure the impact of OD interventions - in strong collaboration with People Partners (HR BP).
About You
We see that you have about 5+ years of professional experience and strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, where People Analytics experience is a plus, but not a must. You have solid expertise in using analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar and experience building processes, tools, or systems from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore you adapt and thrive in a dynamic, scale-up environment and easily grasp big-picture concepts while attending to details. You have a proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and to communicate and visualise such changes in a clear and engaging manner that fosters understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
More about you
Experienced in project and portfolio management with strong organisational skills; capable of managing projects from start to finish, meeting all milestones and timelines, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
A stable data enabler, used to designing and managing data retrieval and connection solutions across various HR data sources. Ensuring that critical HR data is accessible, seamlessly connected, and available for meaningful analysis and insights.
Strong stakeholder management, with previous experience from working with senior leadership on strategic organisational projects within change initiatives and transformation
Knowledge of data models, advanced analytics, and Master Data Management (MDM) strategies; proven ability to scale analytic capabilities.
Strong business acumen and user-centric approach.
Problem-solving and critical thinking.
Interested in the latest trends in people analytics.
You enjoy being the go-to resource for building executive-level presentations, and have the ability to exercise independent judgement.
