In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. About the role

As a Control Tower Coordinator, you'll be a key part of Instabee’s core operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day workflows. Control Tower plays a crucial role in supporting and overseeing all terminal operations to make sure everything runs according to plan. You’ll manage and coordinate various operational issues and incidents, working closely with other teams to resolve challenges and keep operations running seamlessly. Your role will also involve ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of quality across processes. This is a full-time position, and you’ll work on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for terminals, internal departments, and some external partners
- Ensure clear and accurate communication of essential information across teams to facilitate daily operations
- Monitor schedule adherence for first-, middle- and last-mile deliveries as well as sorting processes to improve on-time performance and reduce delays as a core KPI
- Gather feedback from terminals regarding operational processes and challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams by reporting any technical issues or bugs that could impact operations, contributing to improvements and smoother processes

About you

You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, communicating effectively with different teams, and helping to solve operational challenges. - Strong technical aptitude and experience working with various systems
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and pedagogically
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working well with others, while also managing independent projects
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify problems and propose solutions
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, currently scheduled between 07:00-23:00 on weekdays and 09:00-22:30 on weekends
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
