In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler, always with the consumer at heart. We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
About the role
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the rebuilding and scaling of our recruitment engine by implementing smart, efficient, and innovative processes, standards, and ways of working. Your mission? To work closely with the team to attract, hire, and retain top talent while laying a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Own the full recruitment process, from strategy to execution, ensuring we’re always ahead in the talent game.
- Lead and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition pros, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive senior-level hiring, securing top-tier leadership and specialist talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes, using automation and data-driven insights to work smarter.
- Be a trusted TA advisor, collaborating with Hiring Managers and People Partners to shape our talent strategy.
- Level up employer branding, making sure Instabee is the place where top talent wants to be.
- Upskill hiring managers, teaching them the tricks of the trade to make recruitment seamless and unbiased.
You will report to our CPCO Hanna Falk and be a part of the People & Culture leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Your team’s most important objectives will be:
- Recruit the best people - having an efficient & strategic hiring process in place to ensure a diverse, skilled, and engaged pipeline of talents.
- Act as a strategic & tactical TA partner - in line with organizational goals and growth journey.
- Attracting top talent - by increasing awareness and engagement within our talent network
About you
We believe that great people can achieve anything, but we think you’ll nail this role if you:
- Have 7-10 years of talent acquisition experience, covering multiple markets (bonus points if you’ve done it in a fast-scaling company or consultancy!).
- Have solid experience and track record in building and scaling an in-house TA team from the ground up.
- Have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, with a natural ability to influence, inspire, and build strong relationships at all levels - including key stakeholders.
- Communicate flawlessly in English (you make complex things sound simple and engaging).
- Love data - you know that recruitment isn’t just about gut feeling but about insights and analytics.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (not a deal-breaker, but it’s a nice plus!).
