About the role

Are you ready to shape the future of last-mile delivery in Finland? Budbee’s Box team is growing fast—and we’re now looking for a driven, analytical and hands-on Box Operations Lead to help us scale our newest delivery solution: Budbee Box.

In this role, you’ll take charge of the entire Box experience—ensuring our boxes are placed in the right locations, run like clockwork, and offer a seamless experience for consumers. You’ll lead operations, improve processes, manage partnerships, and make sure our product is the best on the market.

Some of the things you’ll do

• Act as line manager for our Box Installer in Helsinki
  

• Manage and improve the Budbee Box product using data and analytical tools
  

• Own and grow partnerships with Box installation vendors and property locations
  

• Source and scale new installation partners across Finland
  

• Set up and maintain shipping logistics to ensure local box supply meets demand
  

• Oversee box condition and repairs, ensuring quality and uptime across the network

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working with data in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau or similar
  

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
  

• Fluent in Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
  

• Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude - you get energy from solving problems
  

• A balance of attention to detail and speed - you move fast, but never cut corners
  

• Great communication and negotiation skills - you build long-term partnerships with ease
  

• Driver’s license (B)

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  

• Experience working with product or hardware rollouts
  

• You love tackling unstructured problems and turning them into clear, scalable processes
