About the role
As a Merchant Success Specialist at Instabee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our merchants get the most value out of our partnership. You’ll work hands-on with daily operations while also digging into data and collaborating across teams to improve merchant experience and performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in customer success, operations, or support – and who’s ready to take the next step.You’ll combine a service mindset with a curious, analytical approach – helping merchants succeed while continuously improving how we work.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Support a portfolio of merchants in their day-to-day operations
- Monitor merchant performance and proactively flag issues or opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers on business reviews and insights
- Drive merchant communication around changes, peaks, and improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and work with Tech and Ops to resolve them
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support internal and external stakeholders
- Channel feedback from merchants to relevant internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops)

You’ll be part of the Merchant Success team – a collaborative, energetic group that thrives on problem-solving and partnership. We work across functions to deliver a seamless experience for our merchants and consumers alike.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role – ideally in tech, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS
- Great communication skills and a service mindset
- Analytical and structured approach – comfortable working with numbers and tools
- Technical curiosity – you don’t need to code, but enjoy understanding how systems connect
- Self-driven and proactive – you see what needs to be done and make it happen
The cherry on top
- Experience in merchant/customer success or operations
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Looker, Zendesk, or CRM systems
- Interest in sustainability or CO₂ reporting
- Previous exposure to API-driven platforms or integrations
