About the role

Are you looking to kickstart your accounting career while working part-time at one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce enablers? Join our global Finance team and play a key role in ensuring smooth invoice handling across Instabee’s expanding operations. This is a part-time role with the possibility to work full-time during peak holiday periods like Christmas and summer.

Some of the things you’ll do

• Verify and record vendor invoices for Swedish and non-Swedish Instabee entities
• Book vendor payments and manage payment processes
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment questions
• Follow up on customer invoice matters and ensure timely resolutions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the accounting and controlling teams

What we’re looking for

• You’re currently studying finance, accounting, or business administration

• You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and are eager to roll up your sleeves

• You enjoy working independently while valuing structured processes

• You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple contact points

• Previous experience in an AP/AR or similar accounting role is a plus

• Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools

• Strong communication skills across teams and external partners

• Flexibility to ramp up to full-time hours during busy seasons
