About the role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure our deliveries are not just fast — but smooth, efficient, and of top quality. You’ll be the go-to person for optimizing routes, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring our regional hubs deliver on their promises.

Some of the things you’ll do

• Create optimized delivery routes to boost operational efficiency and maintain top service quality

• Coordinate closely with courier partners to secure high-quality performance and solid results

• Engage in regular discussions with hub managers in your region to ensure smooth collaboration

• Monitor and ensure the consistent delivery of promised capacities across operations

• Experience working with route optimization tools or logistics software

• Previous experience in last-mile delivery or e-commerce operations
