About the role
Instabee is seeking a commercially-minded, tech-savvy, and hands-on Implementation Specialist to join our international team. This role focuses on enabling technical integrations and enhancements that directly impact our commercial offering and strengthen our relationships with merchants and consumers across multiple markets.
You will play a key role in enabling and continuously improving our international merchant offerings via API integrations, ensuring a smooth and fast go-to-market experience. By collaborating closely with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams, you’ll drive onboarding projects that make it simple and efficient for merchants to launch Instabee’s services for their customers.
In the highly competitive delivery space, speed and quality matter. As an Implementation Specialist, you will help international merchants go live faster while ensuring that Instabee’s solutions deliver maximum value from day one.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of onboarding and integrations for new international merchants, ensuring an excellent launch experience.
Partner with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines, ensuring merchants can quickly leverage Instabee’s solutions.
Work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations to simplify complex integrations and solve challenges in real time.
Monitor integration and performance data to identify improvement areas and proactively strengthen our international processes.
Support commercial negotiations with technical and product insights that increase merchant confidence and commitment.
Act as a trusted partner for international merchants, building strong relationships that go beyond launch.
About You
You thrive in fast-moving, international environments and enjoy working where commercial strategy meets technical delivery. You’re structured, proactive, and detail-oriented – but also curious and creative enough to challenge the status quo when needed. Most importantly, you know how to turn complex integrations into smooth, fast, and successful launches.
More About You
University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, preferably in implementation, technical account management, or commercial excellence.
Strong understanding of API integrations (hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools is a plus).
Experience working with international merchants or cross-border commercial setups.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
Commercial mindset with proven ability to shorten time-to-market and improve onboarding processes.
Based in Stockholm, with flexibility to travel internationally when required (office-first position).
