About the role 

As Director Finance & Analytics, Sweden you will lead one of the four departments within the Swedish market, overseeing three sub-areas: Business Control, Business Analytics, and Procurement. This is a high-impact position with full ownership of financial planning, performance management, and data-driven decision support across our largest market. 

Being the finance leader, you’ll work alongside the Country Manager and be a key member of the Swedish Leadership Team – setting direction, challenging status quo, and steering profitable growth. With strong financial understanding, analytical thinking and confident communication, you’ll not only run Sweden’s month-end closings, but also serve as a strategic advisor and the voice of performance in company-wide forums, including regular town halls. 

Some of the things you will do

• Head up and grow the Swedish Finance & Analytics department with a direct team of five people as well as a dotted line to the dedicated Swedish accounting team within Group Accounting.
• Be the voice of Finance in the Swedish Leadership team - managing performance, guiding decisions, and leading month-end closings
• Drive all budgeting and forecasting processes for the Swedish market – ensuring strategic alignment, accuracy, and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate business trends, and develop reporting structures that enable fast, informed decision-making.
• Ensure that sourcing and purchasing processes support cost efficiency, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership across departments.
• Present performance updates to the Swedish organization in town halls and act as the voice of business insight internally.
• Build tools and processes as well as capabilities and knowledge that empower teams across the company to make smarter and faster decisions

What we're looking for 

You’re a highly analytical, structured, and communicative leader with a passion for solving complex problems and driving real business results. You thrive in dynamic environments, take ownership naturally, and know how to guide teams toward clarity and focus. 

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business control, FP&A, or a similar role. 
• A proven ability to lead teams or cross-functional projects. 
• Strong modelling skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) 
• Strong communication skills – you’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and large audiences. 
• Strong financial and analytical skills – with a track record of translating data into clear insights and action plans.

More about you/The cherry on top would be if you…

• Have prior experience from a fast-moving industry or scale-up environment
• Have familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
