About the role 

As a Courier Engagement Associate you’ll be responsible for managing agreements and processes for our courier partners. You’ll be the person making sure things are running smoothly and effective, assuring quality throughout our delivery chain. You will, together with your team, ensure that we have a stable relationship with external partners, and that these partnerships are suitable for our operational needs.

Some of the things you will do

• Provide for a central support and control function, administer and participate in development of processes and ways-of-working related to our external deliveries throughout our first-, middle- and last mile chain.
• Manage our agreements with our external partners, ensuring that the expectations we have are clearly communicated, before and during the partnership and also are followed up upon by relevant stakeholders.
• Provide Operations with data and information that they can use for daily communications and follow-ups, but also work on a holistic level to ensure we have a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Execute audits on a regular basis to ensure our courier partners are fully compliant.
• Overseeing courier and driver performance.
• Plan and execute long term planning together with relevant stakeholders

• Have the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. 
• Take a lot of ownership in your work and strive to be the best at what you do. 
• Have a positive mindset and tackle challenges with a smile. 
• Flexible and open to change, aswell as taking initiatives and have a creative mind.
• Analytically strong, with an ability to combine data with human intuition to crystallize your hypothesis and execute upon them 
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well 
• Strong organizational skills - you are fun and confront challenges with a smile
• Communication is key. Fluency in English and Swedish is critical to build, maintain and challenge relationships
