About the role 

We're looking for a visionary and strategic Public Relations Director to help shape Instabee’s narrative and reputation—both at the group level and across our markets. In this high-impact role, you'll define and lead our global PR and communications strategy, strengthening stakeholder relationships and ensuring our brand is seen, heard, and respected worldwide.

Some of the things you will do

• Lead the development and execution of a proactive, group-wide PR strategy
• Serve as Instabee’s key spokesperson and point of contact for global media
• Manage crisis communication and reputation strategies
• Craft compelling brand narratives, press releases, and media materials
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all markets and channels
• Partner with internal stakeholders on integrated internal communication plans
• Drive impactful PR events such as press conferences and product launches
• Set PR KPIs, measure impact, and optimize through data
• Own and manage the PR budget across markets

You’ll join our Growths team, working cross-functionally with local market teams, executive leadership, and external agencies. The vibe? Ambitious, collaborative, and always focused on impact.

What we're looking for 

• 10+ years in senior PR roles with global responsibility
• Proven success with high-stakes media relations and crisis communications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a knack for brand storytelling
• Strong leadership experience, including team development
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business.
