Lead our Routing team to deliver smarter, faster routes. Drive improvements, inspire your team, and keep our deliveries running at its best.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Last-Mile Routing Manager who thrives on turning complex delivery flows into smooth, efficient operations. In this role, you’ll take ownership of route planning and optimisation for our Box & Home services, making sure our deliveries are on time, efficient, and ready to handle peaks and seasonal changes.
You’ll lead and develop a team of five full-time and three part-time routing specialists, working closely with our Courier Engagement and Operations teams to ensure capacity, quality, and efficiency are always at their best. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders across the business to challenge, improve, and evolve our processes – so confidence, persistence, and great relationship-building skills are key.
Some of the things you will do
Plan ahead – Create quarterly and seasonal capacity plans, ensuring we’re ready for weekends, peak periods, and summer volumes.
Set goals & follow up – Define team and individual targets, monitor performance on all levels, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
Organise & optimise – Adapt processes, workflows, and responsibilities to meet operational needs, making sure your team has the tools and conditions to succeed.
Lead & inspire – Motivate your team, foster a positive culture, and communicate clearly through changes and challenges.
Report & collaborate – Keep the team updated on company and department news, prepare relevant data for reports, and coordinate with other teams.
Solve problems & decide fast – Support your team in day-to-day challenges, make well-informed decisions, and keep operations moving forward.
Drive development together – Work closely with other functions in Central Operations to identify opportunities, test new ideas, and implement improvements that benefit the wider organisation.
What we're looking for
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a team.
Confident in challenging and improving processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Resilient and persistent – you can stand your ground while keeping collaboration at the forefront.
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs, reporting, and data tools (Tableau or similar).
Background in logistics, distribution, or route planning is highly meriting.
Excellent organisational skills – you can keep many moving parts aligned without losing focus on the details.
A clear and confident communicator in English and Swedish.
If this is you then we can’t wait to meet you!
