About the role 

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Routing Box Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth, efficient, and on-time box deliveries to thousands of customers every day. You’ll work closely with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to plan optimised routes, monitor capacity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our routing tools and processes.

Your work will have a direct impact on our mission to make e-commerce logistics seamless, sustainable, and customer-focused.

Some of the things you will do

• Plan & optimise – Analyse, simulate, and create routes for box deliveries that maximise efficiency and reliability.
  
  

• Collaborate closely – Work with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
  
  

• Monitor & forecast – Track capacity and predict demand to keep deliveries running on schedule.
  
  

• Drive development – Take part in the product development of routing tools and processes, helping us innovate and improve.
  
  

What we're looking for 

• Strong communicator who enjoys working across teams and functions.
  
  

• Solution-oriented with a passion for efficiency and organisation.
  
  

• Comfortable working with numbers and planning – no need to be a data expert, but an analytical mindset is a plus.
  
  

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
