About the role 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven Routing Associate to join our ambitious and diverse Central Operations team in Sweden. In this role, you’ll create and maintain optimised delivery routes, ensuring our last-mile operations run smoothly, on time, and cost-effectively. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver on our consumer promise and keep our operations running at peak efficiency.

This is a part-time weekend role, perfect for someone who is currently studying and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. The position requires a commitment of approximately 8 hours per month, with regular shifts on Sunday mornings (08:00–12:00), plus opportunities for extra work during the summer months.

Some of the things you will do

• Ensure effective routes – Create and optimise delivery routes for maximum efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  
  

• Deliver on our promise – Make sure all deliveries meet the agreed timeframe and quality standards.
  
  

• Collaborate closely – Work with courier partners, hub managers, and internal teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.
  
  

• Spot opportunities – Identify process improvements and help implement solutions that make a real difference.
