💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager Enterprise to lead and grow our partnerships with retail and e-commerce brands in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Benelux, this role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in B2B sales—ideally within the logistics, tech, or e-commerce sectors. You’ll play a key role in driving growth through strategic partnerships, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and implementation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with clients.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and performance metrics.
🙋 About You
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong background in logistics, technology, or e-commerce sectors.
- You’re fluent in both Dutch and English & French is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles effectively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
