💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager Enterprise to expand our partnerships with leading retail and e-commerce brands in the Netherlands. Reporting to the manager, sales benelux, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping instabee’s growth strategy in this market. This is more than a sales role: you’ll be working with large, complex organizations where decision-making often spans multiple stakeholders and functions. Success will require a consultative approach, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
You’ll be part of a team that’s rethinking last-mile delivery and making urban logistics more sustainable and customer-friendly. If you thrive on building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving large-scale partnerships from idea to execution, this role will give you the platform and autonomy to make a real impact.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact through contract signing and onboarding, ensuring a structured and value-driven approach at every stage
- Build compelling business cases that quantify financial and operational benefits, giving customers the confidence to invest in our solutions
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders across target organizations, engaging decision makers and influencers to guide complex buying processes
- Align our value proposition with customer priorities, shaping requirements and highlighting differentiators that set us apart in the market
- Run thoughtful discovery sessions to uncover underlying challenges and translate them into tailored solutions that deliver long-term value
- Cultivate strong relationships within enterprise accounts, building advocates and trusted advisors who can accelerate decision-making and adoption
- Collaborate with operations, product, and customer success to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and shifting customer demands to proactively spot new opportunities
- Provide reliable forecasts and clear pipeline insights, ensuring leadership has full visibility into performance and upcoming revenue
🙋 About You
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong background in logistics, technology, or e-commerce sectors.
- You’re fluent in both Dutch and English & French is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles effectively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

💰The annual on-target earnings are €81,600, with the base salary depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses apply and can be further discussed during the interview process.
