Workforce Lead
Lead how we plan, forecast, and optimize staffing across our Customer Service teams. As Workforce lead, you’ll turn data into action, drive efficiency, and shape how we scale.
About the role
We’re looking for a curious and data-driven Workforce Planner to take ownership of workforce planning and scheduling across our Customer Service organization. In this role, you’ll be part of our Workforce Management (WFM) team and play a key part in making sure we always have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to deliver world-class service.
You’ll work with forecasting, planning, and optimization — turning data into insights and insights into action. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams and outsourced partners, helping us reach our service goals while continuously improving how we plan and work.
This is a hands-on, analytical, and collaborative role where you’ll get to develop processes, tools, and reporting that support our operations as we scale across markets.
Some of the things you will do
Build and maintain capacity and staffing plans for internal and outsourced operations
Create and improve scheduling routines and tools together with our Coordinators and Team Leads
Monitor real-time performance and help ensure service levels are met
Analyze data, create reports, and share insights that drive smarter planning
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, and HR to improve processes
What we’re looking for
You’re motivated by structure, problem-solving, and seeing your analysis make a difference in real life. You may already have experience in WFM, planning, or operations or you’re ready to take the next step into a more analytical and central role.
2+ years of experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics within customer service or similar operations
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills — you enjoy working with data and turning it into action
Experience with WFM tools such as Assembled, NICE, or similar is a plus
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting your insights
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
