Key Account Manager
Drive strategic partnerships with top Norwegian merchants and shape Instabee’s growth across the Nordics
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our most strategic merchant partners in Norway – including Tier 1 clients. In this senior role, you’ll act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for high-value accounts, driving measurable results through strong relationships, structured account planning, and close collaboration across teams.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Merchant Success to design and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value for both our clients and Instabee.
Some of the things you will do
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of key Norwegian merchants, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including commercial targets, growth opportunities, and risk management
- Lead commercial discussions such as pricing, contract renewals, and business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Norway and other markets to deliver seamless solutions
- Maintain structured documentation and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring transparent communication of progress and result
Your future team
You’ll be part of our Nordic Key Account Management team, a group of driven and collaborative professionals working across markets to strengthen our merchant partnerships. We combine commercial acumen with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset — and we share knowledge and best practices across teams to continuously improve.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in Merchant Success, Operations, Product, and Integrations, both locally and internationally, to ensure our merchants receive best-in-class service every day.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or tech-driven environments
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at multiple levels, from operational to C-suite
- Experience developing and executing structured account plans and commercial strategies
- Skilled communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
