We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to take lead on our most significant merchant relationships in Norway. This isn't just about managing a portfolio; it’s about becoming a trusted extension of our clients' businesses. You will work with Norway’s most iconic brands and industry leaders, building long-term, strategic roadmaps that ensure their success—and ours—as we grow together across the Nordics.
Some of the things you will do
You’ll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of high-impact Norwegian merchants. Your goal is to move beyond the day-to-day and focus on the "big picture" of the partnership.
Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for our Tier 1 merchants, ensuring they get the most out of Instabee’s ecosystem.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account plans that focus on long-term value, commercial targets, and identifying new opportunities to innovate together.
C-Level Collaboration: Lead business reviews and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders, translating logistics into business impact.
Bridge the Gap: Work closely with our Product, Operations, and Merchant Success teams to ensure we’re delivering the seamless, high-quality service our merchants expect.
Keep us Grounded: Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce, ensuring our forecasting and progress are transparent and reliable.

You’ll join our Nordic Key Account Management team—a group of driven, collaborative professionals who believe that we win as one. We’re a mix of commercial minds and hands-on problem solvers. While you’ll focus on the Norwegian market, you’ll be part of an international network that shares best practices and helps each other navigate the fast-moving world of e-commerce.
What we're looking for
We believe you are a person who enjoys building something lasting. You are curious, proactive, and thrive when you can turn a complex challenge into a win-win solution.
Experience: 5+ years in Account Management or Business Development, preferably within e-commerce or logistics.
Relationship Focus: A proven track record of building deep, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
Strategic Mindset: You’re comfortable navigating complex commercial contracts and long-term account planning.
Communication: A skilled negotiator and presenter who can simplify the complex.
Language: Fluency in both Norwegian and English is a must.
