💼 About the Role
As a Network Sales Associate, you will play a key role in our growth journey in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with locations that want to offer our parcel lockers, ranging from local shops to larger property companies.
We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual eager to grow in sales. What matters most is your drive to learn, succeed, and make an impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for juniors who are hungry to develop their skills, enjoy connecting with people, and understand the value of building strong relationships that deliver results.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential location partners for the placement of Budbee parcel lockers.
- Negotiate agreements and establish long-term collaborations with a variety of stakeholders, from small local shops to larger retail chains.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Ensure parcel lockers are placed in strategic, high-traffic locations to maximize accessibility and usage.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to optimize collaboration and drive results.
🙋 About You
- You are eager to build a career in sales and confident in your ability to succeed.
- You are curious, motivated, and enjoy creating strong relationships with people.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You hold a Class B driver’s license and are comfortable with occasional travel.
- You bring a growth mindset, motivation, and the drive to succeed - formal experience or qualifications are a plus, but not required.

💰The gross monthly salary for this role is €2.800. Performance-based bonuses available, with details discussed during the hiring process.
