Operations Specialist
Work at the core of our operations, turning data into plans and plans into reality. As Operations Specialist, you’ll help shape how we scale, improve performance, and make smarter decisions every day!
About the role
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Denmark.
In this role, you’ll work close to the core of our operations — not hands-on in daily execution, but close enough to understand how everything works in practice. You’ll focus on planning, follow-up, and continuous improvement across key areas like pickup, linehaul, routing, and courier engagement.
You’ll play an important role in making sure we have the right plans in place, that we stay on top of performance and costs, and that what we plan actually works in reality. It’s about creating structure, working with data, and helping turn insights into better decisions as we continue to scale.
This is not a pure analytics role — but you should be comfortable working with data, breaking it down, and using it to support decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with both Operations and Commercial, acting as a bridge between teams and helping ensure alignment across the business.
You’ll join a close, inclusive, and down-to-earth team that works tightly connected to the real operation. We support each other, move fast, and continuously improve — and you’ll be part of shaping how we take the next step in our startup-to-scaleup journey.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of parts of our planning and performance follow-up — always balancing service, efficiency, and cost.
Work with short- and long-term planning across pickup, linehaul, routing, and courier setup
Monitor performance and cost development, and help ensure we stay aligned with budgets
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Turn data into clear insights and support translating them into actions
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations and Commercial to improve alignment
Identify deviations, understand root causes, and follow through on improvements
Support building structure around reporting and performance tracking
What we’re looking for
To make this role a good match, we think you likely recognize yourself in most of the below:
You have 1–4 years of experience from operations, logistics, planning, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
You are comfortable working with data in Sheets or similar tools and enjoy breaking down numbers
You have a structured way of working and are good at planning and prioritizing
You are able to translate data into simple insights — not just what is happening, but what we should do next
You are a clear communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders
You are proactive and take ownership, rather than waiting for direction
Nice to have
Interest in or experience from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
Experience with planning, coordination, or performance follow-up
Exposure to budgeting or cost tracking
A degree in engineering, business, logistics, or similar
