About the Role
Are you passionate about turning operational insights into real impact? We’re looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join our BNL Analytics team! In the role of Strategic Project Manager, you will be part of the BNL Strategy & Analytics team, but you will be working very closely together with the Head of Operations BNL. The main objective of the role is to identify opportunities, drive analyses, design improvement initiatives and lead those change projects across the Operational department of the Dutch & Belgium market.
You will play a key role in shaping and building our BNL Instabee Operations: understanding what drives our performance in our Terminals, our Locker Network, or our Last-Mile operations and pinpointing where we can improve.
What you'll do
Work closely with the Head of Operations and other teams across the entire Operations, covering parcel pick-ups, sorting and last mile delivery.
In addition, the role can cover projects in related areas such as locker network and customer service; Identify improvements (or bottlenecks) in the main areas of cost efficiency and quality, and drive implementation of the improvements mainly across the operations;
You will both drive your own projects, as well as (pro-actively) supporting teams with ad hoc insights; Support data-driven decision making, mainly in the field of Operations, by establishing the right KPIs, reporting and dashboards;
Collaborate with Group functions (e.g. in Operations, Analytics, Product development) to jointly work on (international) initiatives, cross-learn from other markets and/or to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively;
You will make a key difference to ensure we act fast and smart to deliver an even better experience to our Consumers
About You
You have 2-5 years of experience from management consulting or a similar analytical and project-driven role, ideally you have worked with operations;
You’re a problem solver at heart - you can transform a complex problem into structured and actionable changes;
You are analytical, comfortable working with data and at the same time pragmatic to know where to deep dive and where to not;
You are a self-starter and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
You are curious! Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decision-making at different levels of the organization;
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and your work creates visible results.
A pro if you have worked in a start-/scale-up environment where things can be messy, unstructured. Strong skills in Excel / Google sheets, experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL, and a pro would be Python)

💰The gross monthly salary for this role is €3700 to €4300. Additionally, you'll receive a yearly holiday allowance of 8%. We determine the exact salary based on your experience and skills, and we’re happy to discuss this together.
