About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and grounded Location Sales Manager to take charge of our Locker Network in Norway. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our physical expansion, focusing on building a high-quality network through strategic partnerships. This is a role for someone who knows the Norwegian retail landscape inside and out and understands how to navigate the headquarters of the country's largest grocery chains.

Norway is currently one of our strongest growth markets, and you will play a central part in maintaining that momentum as we continue to challenge the status quo and capture significant market share.
Your Mission
Your primary focus is to secure the best locker locations across Norway by leveraging your industry experience and exceptional people skills. You will lead and coach a small team, providing them with the stability and guidance they need to succeed, while you personally handle the heavy lifting with major retail groups and property owners.
Key responsibilities include:
Securing and managing high-value framework agreements with major players like NorgesGruppen, Coop, or Reitan.
Translate the overarching growth targets into a well thought-through department plan
Be fully responsible for achieving the department’s growth targets and KPIs
Acting as an inspiring mentor for the location sales team, using your interpersonal skills to foster a positive and solution-oriented environment.
Building long-term, trust-based relationships with everyone from C-level stakeholders to local store owners.
Who You Are
We are looking for a professional who is deeply familiar with the Norwegian retail or real estate sectors. You are a result driven go-getter who prioritizes relationship-building and clear communication over pure analytics.
Interpersonal Excellence: You are a natural "people person" who builds rapport quickly and authentically. You stay calm under pressure and can handle tough conversations with grace and a solution-oriented approach.
Industry Expertise: You have a proven track record in Key Account Management and a strong existing network within Norwegian retail (FMCG) or property management.
Empathetic Leader: You enjoy coaching and have the interpersonal skills to create a great team spirit
Requirements: You are fluent in Norwegian and English, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess a proactive mindset.
