💼 About the Role
You will be part of the Locker Network team, responsible for the expansion and management of our extensive locker network in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our team’s primary goal is to ensure that our network functions optimally and is as accessible as possible for everyone in the region.
As our Locker Operations Specialist, you are the operational engine of the team. We are looking for a fresh, driven professional who is ready to leave the beaten path behind and help define our journey.
In this role, you don't just manage the day-to-day operations and lead our installation team; you work closely with them on a daily basis, coordinating installations, solving operational issues and improving processes as the network scales.
You will have the freedom to forge your own path in a rapidly professionalizing environment.
While your primary base is our modern office in Amsterdam, you are also expected to occasionally visit and work from our Distribution Center in Vianen to stay closely connected to the physical operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Own the daily operational planning and management for our entire Benelux locker network. You enjoy managing, guiding, and scheduling our team of two locker installers.
Advise the Sales team on optimal locker sizes for new locations based on current inventory. Coordinate the successful installation of new lockers by organizing materials and schedules.
Monitor internal systems to identify broken lockers and schedule fast, efficient repairs.
Collaborate with Operations, Routing, and Customer Service to solve parcel issues and update delivery routes.
Design and implement future-proof operational processes to help build a scalable and sustainable organization.
🙋 About You
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) and have 2+ years of working experience.
You are eager to leave the beaten path behind and prefer an environment where you can forge your own. You have a builder's mentality and love designing scalable processes from scratch rather than following rigid corporate rules.
You are highly analytical and easily interpret data to spot recurring network issues.
You are a proactive problem solver who adapts quickly to unexpected daily operational challenges.
You possess strong organizational skills and the leadership qualities to effectively manage field staff. You are comfortable with basic MS Office tools and easily adapt to new internal software systems.
You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English.

💰The gross monthly salary for this role is €3.100 to €3.900, Additionally, you'll receive a yearly holiday allowance of 8%. We determine the exact salary based on your experience and skills, and we’re happy to discuss this together.
