Talent Acquisition Partner – Terminal Operations
Shape high-volume hiring across Sweden’s terminals, empower managers, and build smarter recruitment processes that lasts. 12 month contract.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Swedish terminal operations, you will step into a 12-month temporary role designed to drive immediate operational impact while leaving a lasting legacy. Joining just as we enter our high-volume peak period, you will hit the ground running by driving large-scale hiring needs through Q1 2027. This initial high-intensity phase will give you invaluable front-line insights into our operational realities, allowing you to identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and design a more scalable recruitment structure.
Operating within a matrix setup, you will serve as a strategic partner to our terminal managers across Sweden—including occasional travel to our site locations. Rather than interviewing every candidate yourself, your focus will be on owning the high-level hiring targets, setting up efficient processes, coordinating volume funnels, and facilitating select group interviews. By empowering managers, tracking execution, and embedding best practices, you will manage peak demands today while building a TA framework that is left in a distinctly better, more resilient shape for tomorrow.
Some of the things you will do
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the overarching hiring process from kickoff to onboarding, setting up structured workflows, coordinating candidate pipelines, and running select group interviews while empowering local managers in selection and hiring decisions.
Hiring Manager Support: Act as a trusted advisor to terminal managers, guiding and coaching them through candidate assessment and selection best practices.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to GDPR, Swedish labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal background check protocols.
Volume & Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage high-volume recruitment funnels to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for dynamic terminal staffing needs.
Process Optimization: Identify recruitment bottlenecks, propose tool and channel enhancements, and help build scalable, standardized practices.
What we're looking for
Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment, ideally within an in-house TA function, staffing agency, or fast-paced logistics/industrial setting. Proven track record in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment.
Education: University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of recruitment compliance (GDPR, labor laws, background checks). Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements (Transport) and modern ATS platforms.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Competencies: Exceptionally structured, strong stakeholder management skills, resilient, and adaptable to shifting operational priorities
If this is you then we can’t wait to meet you!
What you’ll get
We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like changes and want to set new processes and ways of working - this is the place for you!
Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we can also offer:

🏓 Fun & Games: Ping pong, Shuffleboard, Foosball, and even a Karaoke Room for your leisure time.
👶 Parental Pay for Six Months: Step away from work and provide the best care and love to your little one.
🎂 A Day Off on Your Birthday: We love to celebrate, so enjoy your birthday to the fullest with a day off each year!
