About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and pragmatic People Partner to support our growing operations across Norway and Finland.
Based in our Oslo office, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor and hands-on partner to business leaders across our local commercial, operational, and central functions. The country organizations in the role scope comprise ~100 employees, and are gradually growing as both countries are experiencing high growth numbers. You’ll play a key role in making sure we attract, retain, and empower great talent, while fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and engagement.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Country Manager with a functional dotted line to our Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), ensuring strong alignment between local market needs and our global People strategy.
Some of the things you will do
Act as a Trusted Partner: Advise and challenge leaders across Norway and Finland, aligning local People initiatives with business goals.
Enable Leadership: Coach and develop commercial and operational managers through structured training, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
Drive Core People Processes: Lead the execution of compensation reviews, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and goal setting.
Ensure Local Compliance: Oversee labor relations and compliance across both markets, applying HR policies in accordance with Norwegian labor law (Arbeidsmiljøloven), Finnish practices, and relevant CBAs.
Support Talent & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing talent across all local functions.
Foster Growth & Engagement: Identify learning needs across teams and design practical development opportunities to build organizational capability.
Lead Change: Support leaders and local teams in navigating growth, operational evolution, and structural shifts.
Promote Safety & Well-being: Partner with local Health & Safety stakeholders to embed a solid safety and well-being culture in our facilities and offices.

Market Knowledge: Strong, practical expertise in Norwegian labor law, knowledge in finnish or other nordic labor law a strong bonus
Generalist Expertise: Demonstrated track record supporting diverse business areas (e.g., commercial, logistics/operations, central functions).
