Instabee is seeking a Product Manager for Delivery Execution to join Group Operations. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of a core last-mile domain across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Netherlands.

Working in a leadership triad with an Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer—and partnering with the Product Manager Routing—you will set the roadmap and drive key routing KPIs for operational efficiency and service quality. This role blends user empathy with data-driven execution to translate real-world logistics challenges into scalable software and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Direct the product vision, delivery execution roadmap, and backlog prioritization.

• Driver Tools: Own the company-wide suite of driver applications and field tools.

• Performance & Incentives: Build driver performance frameworks and advise on courier compensation models.

• Driver Lifecycle: Steer onboarding and ongoing career development pathways for drivers.

• Operational Excellence: Boost cost efficiency, delivery quality, and scalability across all active markets.

• Data & Insights: Establish, monitor, and optimize routing metrics, dashboards, and operational benchmarks.

• Customer Touchpoints: Define standards for driver-to-consumer interactions.

• Tech & Ops Bridge: Align central engineering teams with local market operations to secure adoption and business value.

• Hardware Specs: Identify and scope hardware needs for last-mile fleets.

Your Future Team

You will join a centralized Group Operations unit collaborating with market leads, routing specialists, and engineers. The last-mile team features two Product Managers working alongside dedicated data analysts, designers, and software engineers to convert high-level logistics goals into shipped solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product management, business development, operations, or related analytical disciplines.

• Relevant academic background.

• Demonstrated track record of solving complex optimization and logistics problems through technology.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and prioritizing by bottom-line ROI.

• Deep comfort with data analysis, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting.

• Proven stakeholder management across diverse cross-functional teams.

• Professional working proficiency in English (Swedish is optional).
