About the role

Do you excel at building partnerships that create real value? We are now looking for a Locker Location Sales Associate to play a key role in expanding Instabee’s locker network. Your mission is to secure new locker host locations by driving proactive outreach, building strong partnerships, and closing high-volume deals. You’ll be at the forefront of growing our network—turning prospects into long-term partners and ensuring each new location is successfully onboarded.

What you’ll do

• Proactively identify, approach, and secure new locker host locations through outreach, pitches, and negotiations.
  

• Build lasting relationships with property owners, retailers, and other potential partners.
  

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing agreements.
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth roll-out of new locker locations.
  

• Spot new market opportunities and bring creative ideas that help expand and optimize our locker network.
  

What we’re looking for

• Proven success in B2B sales or a related field.
  

• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  

• A proactive self-starter with strong sales drive and resilience.
  

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to influence and close deals.
  

• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and excited to build something that scales.
