Strategic Key Account Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Stockholm. In this role, you will take ownership of some of our most valuable merchant relationships within e-commerce. You will strengthen partnerships, drive growth, and ensure long-term success, while also leading complex projects and initiatives. We are looking for someone who can challenge partners and clients in a constructive way, delivering real value to all stakeholders and making a measurable impact on the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing tailored strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations consistently exceeded.
Identify and capture new business opportunities while adapting solutions to evolving client needs.
Lead contract negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management.
What we're looking for
In order to be successful in this role, you have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within e-commerce or last-mile logistics. You bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a consultative approach that challenges clients and creates real value. As you can see we’re looking for someone outstanding and when we review your profile, we’ll look for evidence of:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in key account management, or project management
Demonstrated project leadership experience, managing complex client initiatives end to end.
A strong track record of exceeding targets and growing key accounts.
Proven experience negotiating with and managing relationships at C-level.
Experience in logistics and/or e-commerce (highly advantageous).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
