As a Routing Associate at Instabee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries for thousands of customers. You’ll work with internal teams to plan optimized routes, collaborate with terminals and couriers, and contribute to our mission of making e-commerce logistics seamless. 

What You’ll Do 

• Plan and optimize routes for home deliveries (mornings) and box deliveries (afternoons).

• Collaborate with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow. 

• Ensure good service quality and performance of our courier partners. 

• Monitor capacity and forecast demand to keep deliveries on track. 

• Adjust schedules in real-time to handle unexpected challenges. 

Who You Are

• Comfortable working with numbers and planning, even if you’re not a data expert. 

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
