Senior Manager: Consumer Strategy, Insights & Activation

We are looking for a business-driven leader who balances strategic vision with analytical depth and a pragmatic, execution-focusedmindset. You will play a fundamental role in enabling, guiding, and coordinating our company-wide path to becoming the undisputed #1 service in the eyes of our consumers.
What you’ll do
As a senior leader within the Consumer department, you will collaborate closely with the VP Consumer and our cross-functional team of product managers, designers, analysts, business developers and project managers. Your mission is to develop a small high-performing team of consumer analysts and project managers and to build the strategic foundation, insights and governance required to ensure the entire organization is aligned, informed, and accountable for delivering a superior consumer experience across functions and markets.
1. Build the Strategic & Insights Foundation
Define the Consumer North Star: You will drive the development and evolution of our Consumer Preference & Loyalty Strategy—defining who we target, what makes us the superior choice, and how we turn one-time users into loyal consumers.
Own the Consumer Scorecard: You will define and manage our consumer KPIs (NPS, Brand Preference, User Ratings, CSAT, Active users etc.), ensuring a single, trusted source of truth for how we are performing in the eyes of our consumers.
Lead Consumer Analytics: You will lead and empower our expert consumer analysts to establish a solid foundation for consumer, brand, loyalty and experience data and analytics and to make consumer insights accessible and actionable across the company.
2. Operationalize the Consumer Agenda
Establish Cross-Functional Governance: You will help design forums and governance structures that keep Group functions and Markets aligned—ensuring consumer impact is clearly integrated into strategies, priorities, and execution across the business.
Drive Prioritized Strategic Initiatives: In collaboration with dedicated Project Manager(s), you will oversee some high-priority, cross-functional projects, ensuring these initiatives are executed effectively and tied to measurable consumer impact.
Provide Transparency on Impact: You will establish shared frameworks to help the business follow up on execution and impact on our consumer KPIs.
3. Strategic Consumer Champion & End-2-End Consumer Perspective
Strategic Sparring: You will partner with the VP Consumer and other senior colleagues to provide consumer expertise across the organization, and shape structured ways of working to scale and accelerate cross-functional consumer excellence and execution.
Champion the End-to-End Experience: While functional teams drive excellence within their respective domains, your team provides the "horizontal" lens and the concrete guidance required to ensure alignment and consistency across the full consumer journey and lifetime. Thereby ensuring that strategy, brand, product development, communication, service and operations are turned into coherent consumer experiences.
Your Profile
Senior Consumer Background: You bring 8–10+ years of experience from senior consumer-focused roles within a fast-paced service or tech environment. You have solid experience developing consumer strategies, translating them into concrete product, service and experience guidance, and delivering real business and user impact.
Strong Analytical Maturity: You have solid experience working with consumer insights and data-driven strategy. You understand the drivers behind consumer behavior and know how to turn insights into clear priorities and actionable direction for the business.
Solid CX, Product, Loyalty Expertise: You have strong strategic and hands-on experience from consumer-centric product development, CX, service innovation, loyalty, CRM or similar. You are comfortable moving between high level strategic frameworks and the operational details that make it work in practice.
End-to-End & Cross-Functional Mindset: You are a systems thinker who sees the full consumer journey across touchpoints and functions. You have credibility with experienced Strategy, Product, Design and Operations teams and you are comfortable influencing without formal ownership.
Leadership & Facilitation Skills: You are a trusted leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing talent. You are experienced in building alignment with leaders and experts across the organization, and a skilled facilitator of complex cross-functional work and forums.
Strategic but Pragmatic: You think big picture and long term, but you aren't afraid to get into the details of cross-functional execution. You care about measurable impact and understand the realities of operating in a complex, service-driven organization.
Education: You have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant field.
