What You’ll Do
📈 Shape the Strategy – Assess market opportunities, identify challenges, and help define the roadmap for Instabee Finland’s growth.

🔍 Lead High-Impact Projects – Take ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance and scale our operations.

🤝 Work with Leadership – Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and senior team to set targets and implement strategic plans.

📊 Use Data to Drive Decisions – Monitor performance, track key business metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.

⚡ Remove Roadblocks – Identify challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure our strategic initiatives run smoothly.

🚀 Think Big, Plan for the Future – We’re looking for someone with the ambition and potential to grow into a larger leadership role over time.

Who You Are

✅ A Strategic Thinker with a Commercial Edge – You have experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or business development. Start-up/scale-up experience is a bonus.

✅ A Problem-Solver Who Gets Things Done – You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and know how to move projects forward.

✅ A Data-Driven Decision Maker – You use insights, analytics, and performance tracking to sharpen your approach and drive measurable impact.

✅ An Effective Communicator – You can turn complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and collaborate across teams.

✅ Experience Matters Most, but Education Helps – you have probably Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field

✅ Fluent in English (Finnish is a bonus) – You can communicate clearly and persuasively in a fast-moving, international environment.
