About the role

As a Decision Analyst at Instabee, you’ll play a key role in helping us make smarter, faster decisions across the business. You’ll partner with teams across the company from product, operations, to tech and beyond - to understand challenges, gather insights, and co-create solutions. Whether it’s structuring an ambiguous problem, evaluating new data sources, or communicating a compelling recommendation, you’ll bring clarity and impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, is comfortable navigating complexity, and sees data as a powerful tool, not an end in itself.

Some of the things you’ll do

• Tackle complex and ambiguous problems by bringing structure and taking clear, decisive action

• Translate complex data and information into concise, actionable insights using both qualitative and quantitative methods

• Collaborate across diverse teams to co-create smart solutions and drive real change

• Communicate insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, from junior teams to senior leadership

• Continuously explore and integrate new internal and external data sources to strengthen our decision-making foundation

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

• Partner with teams to understand business challenges and build tailored tools or frameworks that improve how we work

• Act as a go-to person for analytical support—sharing knowledge, guiding ad-hoc analysis, and elevating decision quality across the company

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree within engineering, information technology, finance, economics or other relevant field

• Experience presenting solutions to senior management

• Experience working within a data heavy environment for at least 4 years

• Experience working with solving business problems and improving ways of working

• Experience driving real impact, leading stakeholders to materialise the change that the insight points to

• Experience using AI coding tools

• Experience working with data processing tools including Front End visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Google Slides) and generic tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets)

In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business.
